When is trash and recycling pickup?
Trash is collected Thursday; recycling every other Thursday. Carts should be put away within 48 hours of a pickup. Scheduled pickups of bulk items scheduled with Durham city may remain at the curb until such time as the city picks them up
Can I park on the street overnight?
Short-term guest parking is allowed. Per the covenants of the neighborhood, all vehicles should be parked on an appropriate parking pad on the homeowner’s property and in such a way as to not impede the sidewalks. With that in mind, since all streets in the Autumn Ridge community are public roadways, anyone may technically park on them; however, it is not in the spirit of what was agreed to buy all homeowners when purchasing property in the neighborhood
Do I need approval to paint my front door?
Yes, if you’re changing the color. Same-color repainting does not require approval. See Architectural Requests.
How do I report a streetlight outage or common-area issue?
